AIS excels in Mission-Aligned Logistics Strategy Development, forming the foundation of our strategic services. Drawing on decades of deployment experience, our logistics experts design tailored frameworks that synchronize resource movements, scheduling, and training cycles with overarching mission objectives.

Through integrated contingency planning and collaboration, AIS ensures operational execution is fully aligned with strategic goals. Our team collaborates closely with defense planners to develop responsive and resilient supply chains that can adapt to dynamic environments and meet surge requirements.

Core Capabilities:

  • Mission-Aligned Logistics Strategy Development
  • Operational Planning and Mission Analysis
  • Integrated Contingency Planning and Training Programs

This proactive approach involves developing executable support concepts, validating logistical feasibility, and optimizing sustainment strategies across diverse and challenging operational theaters. AIS ensures forces remain prepared, adaptable, and mission-ready—anywhere the mission demands.

Global Coordination.
Mission Integration.

A specialized and critical component of AIS’s strategic offering is our end-to-end management of Training Equipment Sets (TES) and Systems Fielding. AIS handles the full lifecycle of TES assets, ensuring proper configuration, maintenance, and availability at all times.

This is vital for practical pre-deployment exercises and combat training (proven through successful support for OEF/OIF). Furthermore, we coordinate closely with major military commands and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to ensure seamless integration. To sustain newly fielded military systems, including performing readiness, along with assessments, and establishing the maintenance planning necessary to nurture new operational capabilities in the long term.

Strategy + Execution

Finally, AIS’s Strategic Logistics Planning provides deep support through Operational Planning and Mission Analysis, utilizing experienced logistics analysts to work directly alongside defense planners.

This collaboration ensures that all sustainment plans are fully integrated into broader concepts of operation. At AIS, we leverage four decades of theater-level coordination experience, including experience in Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan, to deliver effective solutions.

These are not merely responsive but resilient and scalable, actively enhancing the overall readiness and sustainment posture of U.S. and coalition forces through data-driven insight and continuous optimization of logistics processes.
